Services

Carringer Agricultural Research Service, Inc., established in 2007, is a full-service research management organization. In managing studies for our clients, we provide the following services:

Study Management:
 
  • Serve as testing facility
  • Serve as study director with overall study responsibility
  • Prepare the GLP study protocol
  • Manage all protocol deviations and amendments
  • Select, contract, and pay qualified field investigators to conduct field trials
  • Prepare a field trial notebook for each trial
  • Prepare GLP compliant seed envelopes and sample labels
  • Ensure timely initiation of field trials
  • Provide technical guidance to field investigators
  • Ensure timely completion of data collection
  • Ensure timely completion of the field trial notebook
  • Ensure timely sampling and sample shipments
  • Contract and pay qualified analytical facilities
  • Ensure the analytical schedule is maintained
  • Review analytical results
  • Edit analytical reports
  • Provide regular status reports to the sponsor
  • Communicate with all sub-contractors
  • Write a GLP field phase report
  • Create an Excel spreadsheet with all ag/pheno data suitable for statistical analysis
  • Write a GLP final study report suitable for submission to USDA, EFSA, and other regulatory agencies
Quality Assurance:

  • Require sufficient QA audits by all subcontractors
  • Perform facility and records inspections for all subcontractors within the last three years
  • Review and archive all QA reports
  • Protocol review
  • Field phase report audit (100% data audit)
  • Ag/Pheno data spreadsheet audit (100% data audit)
  • Final report audit (100% data audit)
